3. Service Description
  • Jarggin LLC provides an educational platform powered by AI, offering personalized learning pathways, vocabulary tracking, interactive exercises, and more.
  • The Service is powered by OpenAI models, and we utilize Stripe as our payment processor. User data, except for payment information, is stored on Firebase.

4. Prohibited Activities
  • You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
    • Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
    • Engaging in unauthorized account sharing.
    • Attempting to interfere with or compromise the integrity or security of the Service.
    • Using automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Service.
    • Engaging in any behavior that constitutes abuse or misuse of the Service.

5. Account Termination
  • We reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if we detect any abuse or violation of these Terms.
  • Refund Policy : If your account is terminated due to abuse or violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible for any refund. All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued except as required by law.

6. Third-Party Services
  • The Service integrates with third-party services, including OpenAI for AI-powered learning and Stripe for payment processing. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. User Data and Privacy
  • We collect, store, and use user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data may be used to improve the Service, and certain data may be retained after account termination or cancellation in case you choose to resubscribe in the future.
  • You consent to the storage and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • All content and materials available on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of Jarggin LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jarggin LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
    • Your use or inability to use the Service;
    • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
    • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;
    • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party;
    • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.
